This exclusive residence is located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage province of Ragusa, set within an 18-hectare nature park.
From here, you can make wonderful discoveries such as the Baroque cities of Scicli, Modica, Noto, Ragusa-Ibla, or the scenically beautiful places of Cava d’Ispica, Oasi di Vendicari, and Kamarina.
The residence is surrounded by olive groves, ancient trees, and framed by typical small dry-stone walls that adorn the paths.
The estate, dating from the last century, consists of three country houses, among other features.
These have been converted into seven elegant and comfortable apartments, all recently restored and furnished and equipped individually.
They all have a private terrace.
In addition, all guests of the seven apartments have shared access to the original swimming pool, which is surrounded by a large sun terrace (and which, like the garden, is cared for by a discreet caretaker who also resides here).

The pool was a great hit and the views stunning. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Shopping service a great bonus, no need to worry about where the nearest supermarket is and when you are going to fit in shopping. Especially when arriving late in the evening!
Beds squeaky and not comfortable. Prefer more drawers or shelf space in wardrobe so we could unpack. Lived out of suitcase for the week.
