Spacious 4 bedroom villa close to the famous Pinhal golf course and 20 minutes walk from Vilamoura marina. It has all the comforts of a family home, a proportionate pool, garden, Wi-Fi, full air conditioning and BBQ.


The only bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and is en-suite. With a serene decor, this room has air conditioning and a safe. The bathroom has a shower and all the basic conditions and fittings.

On the first floor the double bedroom and the twin next door both have terraces together and overlook the pool. Both rooms share a bathroom, which has a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The rooms are bright and are decorated with a familiar touch. The House is equipped with 2 extra extra beds.

All rooms are air-conditioned.


The kitchen is very spacious and has all the necessary accessories and kitchen utensils. From the kitchen there is direct access to the barbecue.

The living room is decorated with a family feel and has ample interior space for up to 10 adults. The TV has cable channels and there is Wi-Fi internet access. Sliding doors lead to the pool and garden.

In the basement there is a pool table and a table football table for the entertainment of guests.


There are many mature trees in the garden so that near the pool, on warmer days, it is possible to enjoy the cool shade. The lawn area is very suitable for children's play and games. There are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sun and also some outdoor seating to relax in while reading a book. The pool can only be heated between April and October for an additional charge (with a minimum of 48 hours notice), however if temperatures are too low it may not be possible to provide this service.

For an al fresco meal nothing beats a handy charcoal barbecue which is conveniently located near the kitchen and outdoor table.
