This villa is very private and cosy, has 5 bedrooms and is located on the path of the cornfields, in a quiet residential area near Brown's Sport Club. It is nicely decorated and very functional, with all the essential features to enjoy an excellent family holiday.


In total there are 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The rooms are modern and with adequate dimensions. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. 1 double bedroom decorated in shades of red and beige, 1 double bedroom in shades of blue and gray and 1 room with 2 single beds, decorated in red and white. On this floor there are 2 bathrooms for the joint use of these 3 bedrooms, both with shower.

On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed, decorated in shades of gray, and a bedroom with two single beds in shades of white. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower and a huge terrace to enjoy the sunset or an evening conversation. All the rooms have plenty of natural light and one has direct access to the swimming pool.

The house has a rustic and practical kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and other essential accessories for the comfort of your holidays. The dining room is right next to the kitchen and precedes the living room. It is large and functional for 10 people. The living room is very cosy and has 2 sofas and 3 maples. The natural light radiates in this space whatever the time of day.

There is a broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi, television with Portuguese and English channels.


A pleasant lawn surrounds the property giving a touch of freshness to your holiday. The exterior of this villa is large and has a swimming pool of approximately 9 meters long and 4 meters wide, the deepest area is 1.80 meters, and the shallowest area is 0.80 meters. The pool can only be heated between April and October, at an additional cost (with a request made at least 48 hours in advance), however if temperatures are too low, it may not be possible to provide this service.

By the pool, the 10 sun loungers provide the ideal conditions for a well deserved rest. Still outdoors, a large dining area, shaded by the structure of the house and prepared for 10 people allows excellent family moments as well as outdoor furniture that enhances the space and enhances your moments of leisure.

In a separate area with plenty of free space there is a charcoal BBQ so that our guests can prepare their pleasant and healthy meals. On the spacious terrace on the first floor, some outdoor furniture allows you to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the area.
