Besides old wooden beams, an open fireplace also decorates the interior.
Here you will find peace and relaxation, and with a little luck you will get to see forest animals.
The extensive protected forest is ideal for hiking, and mountain biking and canoeing are also possible activities in the area.
A fishing lake 8 km, tennis courts and a public swimming pool 10 km.
About a quarter of an hour away, in the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, you can take a trip back in time: Visit the Écomusée de Marquèze about the region's earlier way of life and join a ride on the historic train.
The slightly larger town of Mont-de-Marsan 28 km, the beach 62 km, Bordeaux and its old town, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, 130 km.
The nearest restaurant and supermarket 3 km.
The nice landlord, who lives in a house just a few meters away, is happy to provide you with tips for excursions and you are welcome to use his barbecue.
