Our Frisian house was built in 1785. It is located in the historic district of Oldsum/Klintum on a 650 m² garden plot, directly on the marsh. The house was restored and renovated in 2007 with great attention to detail, resulting in 2 house halves in which you will feel at home. The eastern half of the house, "Strandläufer", is characterised by its historical structure. Inside you will find original ceilings, catschur and a historic stove. Open-plan living in the light-flooded living area and the tasteful furnishings create a special feel-good atmosphere.
Room layout: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, 1 bathroom also with underfloor heating and infrared sauna. Living room, dining area, kitchen.
Kitchen equipment: hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer. Media: SAT-TV, radio, DVD, W-Lan access.
Garden: Garden with private access, garden furniture and car parking space.

Die Schlüsselübergabe im Büro ging schnell und problemlos. Im Haus war einfach alles vorhanden, vom Geschirr, Besteck, Waschmaschine, Trockner, über einen Holzofen für kalte Abende usw. einfach alles.
