Detached Les Roches offers panoramic sea views and a south-facing terrace for time outdoors. With terrace furniture, 4 loungers and a portable barbecue, you can enjoy meals and breaks outside. The beach is approximately 240 m away in a straight line.
Set over 2 levels, the 65 m² house sleeps up to 6 guests. The living and dining room opens onto the terrace and has a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, a stereo and a DVD player. The kitchen also opens onto the terrace and is equipped for cooking with 3 induction plates, an oven and a microwave, while a dishwasher takes care of the washing-up.
One of the 3 bedrooms is on the lower level and has a 160 cm double bed. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings: one has 2 beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each, and the other has a 160 x 200 cm double bed. There is a shower and a separate WC.
Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot and high chair are available. Parking is provided. The house is non-smoking, and a maximum of 1 pet or dog is allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 to 18:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
A restaurant is approximately 360 m away in a straight line, and a supermarket is around 2.1 km away. A surfing spot is approximately 1.1 km away in a straight line.

Kleines Haus mit viel Charme, traumhafte Lage, schöner geht nicht, Einrichtung einfach, aber alles da, Toilette extrem klein, passt aber alles nötige rein :-). Würden sofort wiederkommen :-). Vermieterin sehr, sehr nett, gut über Whatsapp zu erreichen

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Rundum Blick aufs Meer. Super ausgestattete Küche. WC sehr klein, tatsächlich nichts für große und/oder korpulente Menschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
