The apartment with approx. 47 m² of living space is located on the ground floor and features: 2 double bedrooms; a spacious eat-in kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob including oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, and much more.
From there, you have direct access to a cozy, furnished terrace; a bathroom with shower and toilet. Apartment Marie is located on the ground floor of our house, newly built in 2018. It is situated in the middle of the old village center and thus in the center of Oetz.

Oetz is the ideal starting point for a variety of leisure activities.
The valley station of the Acherkogelbahn can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes or via the nearby bus stop with the free ski bus. In summer, you can reach the Piburger See lake via beautiful hiking trails in a few minutes, and the water sports paradise AREA 47 is only approx. 4 km away.

The appartement had everything one could ever wished for, was very clean, was easy to find via local transport. The landlord was very kind and did ask serveral times if everything was oke.
We had our own entrance what was very nice and a nice litle aria to sit outside.

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in der Ferienwohnung Marie. Sie ist für uns als Familie (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind) ideal.
In Oetz ist alles fussläufig und sonst gibt es gute Verbindungen.
Die verschiedenen Freizeitangebote und das feine Essen, samt super Eisdiele in der Nähe runden das Paket ab.

Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit, Wohnung modern eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Platz in den Kleiderschränken ist etwas knapp, aber hierüber zu meckern wäre übertrieben.
