Our house is located on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view.
Facing south with a view of Lake Faak (approx. 8 minutes on foot) and the Karawanken mountains. The apartments (45 - 54 m2) are fully furnished and have a bedroom, living/bedroom with satellite TV and telephone, safe, shower, toilet, balcony.
Bed linen, shower and hand towels, as well as tea towels are provided.
Central heating. One apartment, approximately 80m², can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.
It features 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Spacious kitchen, large living room. On approximately 5,000 m2 of grounds around the house, there is a sunbathing lawn, playground, llama enclosure, and a solar-heated pool. Additional facilities: Table tennis, washing machine with ironing room, garden grill, crib and high chair upon request.
