This hillside villa is located at the southern end of Apt, on a 5,000 m² plot with swimming pool.
In the 17th and 18th centuries, gangs of robbers made the area unsafe.
Now beautiful villas have been built here, gleaming in the Provençal sun.
Stroll through the charming village of Lourmarin and enjoy the view of Mont Ventoux.
The renovated villa is located in a quiet area at the end of a street.
There it welcomes you behind a small inhabited house.
Part of the access road is unpaved and not suitable for lowered vehicles.
To Avignon it is about 50 km.
