This new and modern family villa is located in the small village of Roda just minutes from Roda golf resort and the town of Los Alcazares. The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with chill out sofas, sun beds, table and chairs for outside dining as well as the hot tub and sun shade. The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with patio doors leading onto the rear patio area. There is a large lounge with sofa-bed, chairs and a large flat screen TV leading onto the front patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan so you can cook and entertain at the same time. At the front of the house you have the pool area where you can sit and relax.
Roda golf course is just 5 minutes drive and is just one of 22 courses in the Murcia region all within a drive away. Roda is a small village just outside Los Alcazares with a great family feel and has a few restaurants and bars to enjoy an evening meal or lunchtime tapas.
Just 5 minutes away you will find Los Alcazares which hosts restaurants from every nation including, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, French, English to name but a few. Los Alcazares has a large open market on a Tuesday and another in the neighbouring town of Los Narejos on Saturday. Los Alcazares is also the place to do your food shopping with many supermarkets on hand as well as medical centres.
Los Alcazares and Los Narejos have great beaches with water sport activities like kite surfing, windsurfing, jet ski and sailing. The area also has great sports facilities including tennis, padel, volleyball and fitness centres.

La casa tenía una piscina no muy grande pero estaba muy limpia y el jacuzzi perfecto para disfrutar de las noches al aire libre.
Lo que menos me gustó por decir algo es que tenía un sofá con mucho trote y era muy incómodo.Otra cosa que noté en falta en la casa es que faltaban percheros en los baños para poder poner las toallas pero tengo que decir que cualquiera de las cosas mencionadas anteriormente son por poner algo que mejoraría.
La iluminación exterior y la de la piscina no funcionaba.No se arregló

La Tranquilidad del entorno. Check in, funcionó bien. La comodidad de la casa, muy buena. Equipada de electrodomésticos sin faltar detalle. En el interior, el funcionamiento de todo muy bien explicado y un detalle de bienvenida que se agradece. Los amenities Ecos, importantes. Camas muy cómodas. Ideal para 4 personas o familia hasta 6.
No recibimos el pin de entrada pero con una llamada se solucionó. Check out, no recibimos correctamente el mail. Tuvimos que llamar la tarde anterior a la salida y les recordamos, que no habían hecho los arreglos pertinentes desde el día de llegada (que ellos mismos ya tenían constancia y nos lo in...
