Detached Chalet Kaiserliebe I sits in a green setting in Ellmau am Wilden Kaiser, amid the Kitzbühel Alps. After a hike or mountain bike ride, you can settle into the garden and enjoy the landscape views. There is also a terrace, garden furniture and a balcony.
The 140 m² chalet sleeps up to 7 guests. Its spacious living and dining area and wood-filled Stube provide places to spend time together. In the adjoining open kitchen, you can prepare meals using the ceramic hob and oven, while the dishwasher takes care of the washing up. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also available.
Of the 4 bedrooms, 3 each have a king-size double bed and the fourth has a bunk bed. One of the double bedrooms also has a washbasin. Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet. A child’s bed and high chair are provided.
In winter, cross-country ski trails start right outside the front door. A ski lift is approximately 475 m away in a straight line, and a supermarket is about 340 m away. You can walk to the centre of Ellmau in a few minutes, and there are also 2 golf courses in the area. Show your booking documents for a 20% discount on ski hire at Sport Günther in central Ellmau.
There are 2 carport parking spaces. 1 pet is welcome at no extra charge. Charging an electric or hybrid car, where possible, is charged separately according to consumption. If you use a wheelchair or have a disability, please contact the homeowner for advice on the home’s facilities.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Ellmau. Das Haus ist prima eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage, man hört nur das Plätschern des Baches. Frau Müller hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns mit Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊
