Our lovingly furnished holiday home "Sinja", designed for up to 5 people and located in the south of the Weserbergland, offers you the relaxing amenities of cosy and rustic living in a holiday home in the style of a Scandinavian wooden house.
Thanks to the custom-made internal staircase, you can easily reach the upper floor!
The approx. 70m² are divided into ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining and kitchen area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with adjoining sauna.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, an open gallery and a bedroom with a single bed. Thanks to our custom-made internal staircase, you can reach the upper floor comfortably and without any problems, whether you are a senior, junior or pet!
Please note: Electricity consumption is not included in the booking price. The actual electricity consumption (0.40ct/KWh) will be offset against the security deposit already paid after departure.
Our holiday home is equipped with a Starlink Internet connection and the in-house WLAN is available to you during your stay.
A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, which offers you, in addition to the usual equipment features such as cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc., also a dishwasher and extensive crockery.
The successful room layout makes our house particularly suitable for families with children or, for example, for two couples. In addition, pets are very welcome.
Suitable seating on the house's own terrace invites you to linger or use the barbecue for a cosy barbecue evening.
Our house "Sinja" is centrally located in the Extertal holiday park right on the edge of the forest. Not far from it is also the in-house car park.
We want you to feel comfortable with us and welcome you to the holiday home Sinja.
A cosy hanging chair for the veranda is available.
