Cozy 32 sqm first-floor apartment equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday. Nice apartment near the sea with a bubble balcony with two seats, ideal for young couples who want to spend their holiday in peace. The beach and the bathing facilities can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes (distance 600 m). It is located in a family house with a garden and private parking in front of the house. In the house, there is still an apartment for up to 2 people that can be rented, and one is occupied by the kind owners. The accommodation is located in the area of Umag most requested by tourists. The beaches in the area are sandy and equipped, near the coast, there are pine trees or other vegetation where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebble, challenging, and rocky beaches since every few hundred meters the coast changes its structure. The area is still quiet and central. Near the house, there are the Stella Maris tennis courts where the well-known Umag ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament has been taking place for years.
Nice, simple and modest apartment for 2 adults and two children or three adults with a small terrace for two and garden furniture with umbrella, at the entrance a corridor leading to the separate toilet with services, small sink, from the corridor you exit onto the small balcony which is all day in the shade, from the corridor you enter a small anteroom from which you enter the room with a double bed (160x200) with wardrobe, and a sofa, air conditioner, bed linen provided (weekly change ), attached to the bedroom the bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, bathroom towels two per person provided (changed weekly), next to the living area with flat-screen satellite TV, the kitchen equipped with 3 gas burners and one electric, kitchen extractor hood, refrigerator, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed for two children or an adult, free Wi-Fi internet connection (possible poor reception). Private parking next to the house.
The owners use the terrace adjacent to the terrace, in the garden, there are two turtles, doves, and a dog.
During the period of the ATP tennis tournament (17.07.-26.07.), Noises are possible during the night.
The apartment is located a few minutes from the supermarket, petrol station, promenade, restaurants, and the beach. It is located in a privileged tourist area, the beaches for all tastes and the center of Umag are easily reachable on foot, the seafront just 250 m. The bar on the seashore where you can enjoy a tasty coffee in the morning looking at the sea, the boats anchored in the marina, and those of the fishermen of Umag adjacent to the petrol station at 250 m. The area is very popular with tourists. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20-25 minutes or can be reached by the tourist train that travels from the tourist village of Katoro along the coast to the center of Umag, the stop 250 m from the house. The nearest restaurant is just 400m, the supermarket 600m, the bar is 250m.
In the center of Umag to visit the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam Diga is recommended, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, or visit the stalls and for the delight of children the playground on the seafront. To buy a larger quantity of food, it is advisable to walk a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
In the vicinity, there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing, and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the city of artists Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the white truffle area, Hum the smallest city in the world, PN Plitvice, the seaside areas PN Brioni, Fish picnic boat, trip to Venice, Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Baredine cave. A visit to the Funtana theme park and the nearby Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster. Tastings of wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.
