At Villa Terri, located on the road between Massa Lubrense and the beach of the pretty fishing village of Marina della Lobra, the answer is definitely yes. You will find bars and restaurants in both locations and only 5 km separate the villa from Sorrento. If you like small beaches and hilltop villages connected by ancient mule tracks, this place is for you.


The villa (400 m²) is accessed through an electric gate followed by a private road that descends steeply for 300 m. Spend your days lounging on sofas and sun loungers around the swimming pool (5.50 x 6.50 metres square and 1.20 to 2.20 metres deep, open from April to the end of October), admiring the extraordinary views of the Bay of Naples and Capri, or stroll down to the beach along a private path (100 steps) or a path that runs alongside the sea.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open-plan living area with huge panoramic windows overlooking the terrace. The furnishings include a sofa, a single sofa bed and armchairs in the lounge area, and a dining table with chairs for 12 persons. The space also includes a well-equipped kitchen, a separate laundry room and a guest bathroom (bathroom 1) with washbasin, toilet and bidet.

- THE BEACH of Marina della Lobra is about 300 metres away. It can be reached from the villa by a private descent of about 100 steps and by following the little pedestrian road along the sea, ideal for moonlight walks. Near the beach you will find seaside restaurants, the picturesque little harbour and various tourist activities.

- You will reach Villa Terri from the main road through an electric gate and down a private lane of about 300 metres. Please note that the descent is steep. Porter service on arrival and departure can be arranged for an extra charge. Parking is in an assigned parking space along the main road. Once parked, you have to walk the 300 metres down to the villa.
