The top floor has two terraces, one on each side of the house where you can sunbathe all day long with total privacy, you just have to change terraces. This floor has beautiful views to the Montgó mountain, the swimming pool and the gardens of the urbanization. On this floor there is an ironing centre, washing machine and folding clotheslines.


Only 10 minutes walk to the port of Jávea with its beach and the promenade area with restaurants. It is an ideal house for couples and families with children, it is very accessible, there are no lifts or stairs to reach it and it has 2 access doors, one on each side of the house.
