It has 3 double bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning and en suite bathroom.
A third one is a loft without total privacy, with 2 single beds.
On the 80 m² floor there is also a living - dining room, equipped with air conditioning and fireplace.
An open and well equipped kitchen adjoins the living room. There are a total of 2 bathrooms.
Outside there is a comfortable furnished porch of 100 m² with a brick barbecue.

The town centre is located between two areas of the village, the Llevant area and the Son Ramis area, the latter dating back to the 17th century.
Llubí borders the municipalities of Maria de la Salud, Sineu, Inca, Sa Pobla, Muro and Santa Margalida.
