Beds will be made on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and welcome products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc...) are included in the service as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.



We can provide you with a BB cot and a high chair free of charge on request.


A few days before arrival, a link will be sent to the traveller by email inviting him to check in online and inform the agency of his arrival times, give his identity and that of the people accompanying him...

About Veyrier du lac:

This typical Savoyard village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy, its 3 grassy beaches provide easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, kayaking, Wake-Boarding ...).

A very pretty walk along the lake will take you as far as the neighbouring village of Menthon st Bernard.

All local services are available in Veyrier: supermarket, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurants, chemist, doctors.

Annecy is just a few hundred metres away, with easy access via a recent cycle path running alongside the lake.


Nearby, a wide range of activities can be enjoyed

In summer:

- cycling (the cycle path accessible from the RIVE EST now allows you to cycle around the lake)

- hiking : Mont Veyrier, La Tournette or the Cascade d'Angon

- sailing, pedalos, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddling, water-skiing (we'll be happy to put you in touch with our Talloires partner: Jean-Louis Fontaine)

- paragliding: you'll be able to watch them take off from Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: a daily spectacle guaranteed!

- mid-mountain walks from Montmin (15 mins), Mont Veyrier (10 mins), Parmelan or La Clusaz (20 mins)

- summer tobogganing from La Clusaz resort

- an adventure park at Talloires (15 mins) or Tamié (40 mins)


In Winter:

- cross-country skiing, downhill skiing or tobogganing from the nearby family resort of Montmin,

- cross-country skiing or downhill skiing can also be enjoyed at La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (20mns); les Saisies (40 mins), les 3 Vallées (approx. 1 1/4 hours)

- snowshoeing from the Col de la Forclaz

- Val de Tamié is a 27-kilometre Nordic ski area, with an exceptional view of Tamié Abbey. There are plenty of activities nearby:

Snowshoeing : This activity can be enjoyed on your own by following the hiking trails.

For those who prefer to take it easy, the immersive nature of snowshoeing will reveal a world of silence and nature, out of time, that is simply inaccessible to skiers.

Bref, the ideal atmosphere for capturing your best shots of Nordic landscapes.

Ski touring, cross-country skiing, a good compromise between sliding and hiking, tobogganing, contemplative walks. A Nordic area in the heart of nature!

La Grimpette (2.5 km)

This trail starts from the Berger Nordic area, passes behind the Chatillon restaurant and runs along the "Bûcherons" green alpine trail. It leads up to the Alpages de Vial, located on the plateau at the top of the resort.

Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km) This trail is located in the Plateau Nordic sector, at the top of the resort. It is accessible from the Courant d'Ere restaurant.
