This is a historic 5-bedroom holiday home in Saint-Aignan. Built in the 16th century, it is a half-timbered house that gives an authentic rural feel. It is perfect for two families.
The home is located by a lake. You can go to the Parc Naturel which is a 30-minute drive. The rolling hills of the Saosnois and the open fields around Sees and Alencon are a great sight. The area also consists of impressive forests, such Écouves, Andaines, Perseigne, Sille and the Alps Mancelles. You will find restaurants and a supermarket 5 km away.
The floors of the home are heated. The spacious living room and kitchen provide ample space to eat together. The large private garden overlooking the chateau and its estate is the perfect place to relax. There is also a terrace and a trampoline.
