Maritime Holiday at the 5-Star ancora Marina Yacht Harbor
Comfortable and high-quality furnishings with a modern look – this is how our 3-star apartment presents itself, directly on the beach with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and our yacht harbor, with its abundance of white sailboats and elegant motor yachts.
With great attention to detail, we have succeeded in giving this studio a special touch. Warm colors are in harmony with the wooden floor.
A flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen ensure that you do not have to forgo familiar amenities. Spread over 32 m², on the 1st floor, we offer you the comfort for two people that you expect from a relaxing and truly special vacation.
The living room is equipped with two comfortable single armchairs, a dining area for two people (extendable dining table), and an electrically retractable double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, which can be made invisible at the touch of a button upon request.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a baking function, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine.
If you wish to do laundry during your stay, you will find a washing machine and dryer in our common rooms (for a fee). We are also happy to provide an ironing board and iron free of charge upon request. Our young guests are very important to us; they are most welcome, and we are happy to provide free toddler equipment upon request: baby bed/bedding, high chair, or baby bathtub.

Our gently sloping private beach and a large, lovingly designed children's playground will make every child's heart beat faster. If you wish to bring your four-legged friend, you are welcome to register them.
We have a large dog meadow for them to run around in. Dogs are unfortunately not allowed on the beach. You will find your free parking space directly at the apartment building, so you will have only a short walk to your vacation accommodation. If you feel like dining out, feel free to visit our harbor restaurant Pier 19 or the Italian restaurant Meyer's Sealounge with its dreamlike view directly over the Baltic Sea from the first floor, or enjoy a cocktail in the Sealounge – right at the water's edge, it doesn't get any closer.
Visit the Grand Grill in the Hotel arborea: Germany's first restaurant with Grillworks fire grill! Fine meats and fresh local fish sizzle on the grill, all with a unique view of the marina! For small errands and fresh bread in the morning, visit our mini-market. Find pure relaxation in your holiday home, but also during a walk through our yacht harbor with its private beach (gently sloping) and free beach chairs, the sea terraces, covered barbecue stations, or fitness trail. After an eventful day out or at sea, would you like to treat yourself to some recovery for body and soul? Our arborea Hotel, newly opened in July 2018, offers great packages.

Swim in the large pool with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and enjoy a good book on the loungers around the pool, while your children splash in the 15-30 cm deep children's pool. Ausgezeichnete Lage mit guter Aussicht für die neugierige ältere Urlauberschaft sowie eine günstige astronomische Infrastruktur.
Am Abreisetag, bei grober Zimmerreinigung, mussten wir leider einen erheblichen Madenbefall feststellen. Dies haben
