Geen huis om in de winter te verhuren, minimale verwarming. In badkamers geen verwarming. Slecht verzorgende inventarisatie. In een keukenkast staat alleen maar afgedankt spul.

Fijn gelijkvloers, zeer goede bedden, comfortabele bank en lazyboys. Fijn zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht, vooral 's avonds. Keuken is prima.
Het enige nadeel is dat we dit keer de sleutel in Denia moesten ophalen en wegbrengen. Vorige keer kon dat in Monte Pego zelf.
