When you stand on our balcony, your gaze sweeps from the Wilder Kaiser over the Kitzbüheler Horn to the Brandstadl.
We run our guesthouse as a family business and rent out four double rooms with shower/toilet/TV and Wi-Fi, and two apartments for 2-4 people.
Many of our guests come with friends or family for skiing and hiking.
The Kaiserbad (Imperial Bath), cross-country ski trail, and bus stop are not far away.
We are delighted when our guests have a relaxing and exciting holiday.
Pets are not allowed.

Das wichtigste für uns ist die Lage, die Küche und die Sauberkeit, darüber hinaus war auch alles andere absolut Top! Wir hatten nen schönen Aufenthalt und die Vermieter waren auch immer ansprechbar bei div. Anliegen.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Fliegengitter an den Fenster, damit lässt sich wunderbar lüften und entspannt schlafen sowie das umfangreiche Bergsteigerfrühstück, dank dem wir gut gestärkt auch schon früh morgens unsere Bergtouren starten konnten.

Die Anbieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und gehen auf die Belange der Gäste ein. Haus und Grundstück machen einen gepflegten Eindruck. Eine sehr gute Aussicht auf Ellmau und die umliegenden Ortsteile und Berge. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegennetze angebracht, dass erhöht den Komfort erheblich. Hier gibt es nicht zu verbessern, zumindest muss lange suchen.
