Just a one-hour drive from Munich, in the heart of beautiful Tyrol, near Kitzbühel, lies Ellmau am Wilden Kaiser.
At 820 m above sea level, just a 5-minute walk from the village center, you'll find Chalet Grizzly.
Enjoy the fantastic view of the Wilder Kaiser from Ellmau's most beautiful location.
Our house is completely secluded, directly on the ski slope.
In summer, you'll overlook one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Alps, and your mountain tour begins right outside your door.
In summer, hiking, tennis, and golfing are paramount in Ellmau. 5 golf courses in the immediate vicinity, the Ellmau hiking pass, and the famous Kaisergebirge speak for themselves.
But Ellmau also leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to mountain biking, swimming, and simply relaxing.
In winter, Austria's largest interconnected ski area, with over 80 ski lifts, is right on your doorstep and meets the highest demands for skiers and snowboarders! Cross-country skiers and hikers can also look forward to a large number of prepared trails and hiking paths.
Winter fun takes place right in front of our house, which is located directly next to the ski slope.
So, just grab your equipment from the in-house ski cellar, and have fun...

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Super war der direkte Zugang zur Piste. Man brauchte wirklich kein Auto um Ski zu fahren. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dort wieder Urlaub machen.
Haus befand sich in toller Lage mit einem fantastischen Ausblick
