Welcome to your 28 square metre flat for up to 2 people, which offers you a cosy, homely ambience in a Scandinavian style. You will find a kitchenette and a balcony with a view - in a compact space you will find all the cosiness and tranquillity you could wish for on a relaxing holiday.

The Marissa Resort is located on a large site directly on Lower Saxony's second largest lake, the Dümmer. Being close to nature and sustainability are among the resort's core values, which is clearly reflected in the architecture and design. You can look forward to a high standard in all respects.
A skate park, various playgrounds, a low ropes course and jogging routes by the water await you on the site. At the large sandy beach, the centrepiece of life in the park, you are invited to swim, play or laze around at any time. You can also hire bikes on site for a fee to explore the surrounding area on cycle paths. You can also try out various water sports.
Thanks to the gastronomic offerings such as the beach café BEACHMAR or the buffet restaurant MEZZOMAR, both located right by the water, you can indulge in delicacies in the comfort of your own home. There is also a mini market (sandwiches, regional products) and a SEEKONTOR shop (concept shop for fashion, home accessories, lifestyle and indulgence). Gemütliches, standardmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit perfekter Lage. Balkon leider ziemlich eingestaubt. Leider teilweise auch etwas laut, da so zentral und die Gardinen dunkeln nicht so gut ab. Dadurch ist es (zumindest im Sommer) abends lange hell im Zimmer.

Ganz ganz wunderbar. Der Service an der Rezeption war besonders toll, gerade via Email hat man uns immer schnell helfen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Nur zwei Dinge waren nicht perfekt: 1. Das Wasser aus der Leitung war sehr kalkig/rauh. 2. In der Seesauna könnten ein wenig mehr Liegen sein.
