The property is located on a hill overlooking the village of San Marco di Castellabate (about 800 meters away, also reachable on foot).

The house was created from an old farmhouse, carefully restored keeping the characteristic materials such as the wooden beams and ceramic floors.

The house consists of a kitchen-living room and seven bedrooms, all accessible only from the outside and not connected internally.

All are rented together as IKC566, ideal for groups of friends.

In an outbuilding below the villa and completely separated from the central building, there is a small apartment where the keyholder stays.

He takes care of the daily maintenance of the villa, the pool and the garden.

In the main building there are seven bedrooms, one of which has a gallery with two beds and the other an additional sofa bed for two people.
