Inside, you will find a living area with a kitchenette and large sliding doors leading to the outdoor area and the pool. From this room, an internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which includes another living area with a kitchenette. The house is surrounded by a large paved outdoor area. A gate separates the pool area, which is surrounded by a lawn with olive trees - a real piece of paradise. Take a refreshing dip in the pool every day and use the barbecue and tables and chairs for sumptuous al fresco meals.

The location of your home is ideal for exploring the sights in the provinces of Ragusa, Syracuse and Catania. Be sure to visit Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla as well as Noto, Marzamemi, Syracuse and Capo Passero. Excursions to Caltagirone, Catania, Mount Etna and the surrounding villages are also worthwhile. If you fancy a day at the beach, the beautiful seaside resort of Marina di Ragusa with its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear water is just a short drive away.
