Tucked in the serene hills of Gemmano, this villa offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by a landscaped and fenced garden. Ideal for families or small groups, it features a spacious terrace and balcony with views of the lush countryside, sun loungers, a hammock, and a child's bed for little ones. Guests can unwind outdoors, enjoy a glass of local wine, or let children play safely in the garden. The villa's location provides easy access to the region's historic towns. Montefiore Conca, just 10 km away, boasts a castle and panoramic views, while the fortified villages of Mondaino, Saludecio, and Montegridolfo showcase medieval charm and artisan markets. The sandy beaches of Cattolica, Riccione, and Rimini are within a 20-30 minute drive, perfect for sun and sea lovers. Food enthusiasts will delight in nearby restaurants such as Ristorante Vecchia Gemma for traditional Romagnolo cuisine and La Grotta della Giamaica, offering local wines in a unique cave-like setting. Wine tasting tours are also recommended. Whether seeking coastal adventures, cultural excursions, or quiet time in nature, this villa provides a charming base to explore the best of Romagna.

The flat was clean, comfortable and have everything you need for the stay. The host was friendly and professional. The place is in a quiet and peaceful village outside Gemmano. There is no market walking distance but you can access groceries within a 5 minute drive. The views from the house are amazing. Very happy overall.
