Mooie villa, rustige locatie, veel privacy.
Een aantal dingen konden wel beter bij aankomst: zwembad en buitenkeuken vuil, door kortsluiting geen licht of water meer aan buitenkeuken. Douche aan zwembad geeft nauwelijks water, kraantje lekt. Dit laatste zou vervangen worden, maar de onderhoudsmonteur had verkeerde maat bij zich.
