There are two bedrooms (one with a single bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed) and one bathroom with a bathtub, accommodating up to four people.

Take a stroll through the garden in the evenings and unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace. A supermarket as well as several restaurants and bars are located a 2-minute drive from the property, while a great variety of shops can be found in the centre of Tías, about a 7-minute drive or 4.4 km away.

To explore the beautiful nature of the island, you can visit the golden sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen, about a 15-minute drive from the residence, or discover the collection of natural parks on the western side of the island, located a 5-minute drive away.
