This splendid holiday home, located on the ground floor of a two-storey villa, extends over 95 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests in an elegant and relaxing environment.


The house is located within a quiet residential park, an exclusive context that guarantees privacy, silence and security, while remaining convenient to the main services and tourist attractions of the area.

Access is conveniently from the main road through an automatic gate where the property's private parking area is located (with a parking space for medium-sized vehicles only).


After climbing 15 steps, one reaches the 60 m² private main terrace, the real heart of the house. Equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrella, tables and chairs, a private mini-pool (2.40x2.40 m, 1.10 m deep, open from 1 April to 31 October) and a practical barbecue for tasty outdoor grills, this space offers an incomparable view that embraces the entire gulf, from Ischia and Procida to Vesuvius: the ideal place to enjoy the sun, read a book or sip an aperitif at sunset.


Luminous and functional interiors

The ground floor hosts a spacious and bright living area, enhanced by a large living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and a dining area with a table for 8 people. A sliding French door directly connects the living room to the terrace, offering continuity between indoors and outdoors.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all major appliances: fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and a table for 4 people. On the ground floor there is also a comfortable bathroom with full facilities.

A 10-step internal staircase leads to the sleeping area, where the three bedrooms and a second bathroom are located. The rooms are tastefully furnished and designed to guarantee rest and tranquillity.

Casa Augusta A is located in a strategic area of the Campania coastline, perfect for those who want to explore the wonders of this region without sacrificing comfort and privacy. Within a few minutes' drive you can reach Sorrento, Massa Lubrense, the beaches of the Sorrentine peninsula and the embarkation points for excursions to Capri, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast.


In the surrounding area you will find grocery shops, typical restaurants, bars and bus stops, all within easy reach on foot or in a few minutes' drive. For nature lovers, the area is also perfect for hiking or cycling among olive groves, scenic paths and authentic villages.

- For arrivals after 20:00 there will be an extra cost of 60,00 euro to pay on arrival; for arrivals after 24:00 the cost will be 80,00 euro.
