Located in the centre of Setúbal, just 80 metres from the Town Hall and 2 minutes from the famous Bocage Square, the Sado Blue City&River Flats are luxurious flats fully equipped with air conditioning.

The flats are just a few minutes' walk from the city's historical landmarks, such as Bocage Square, the Convent of Jesus, Luísa Todi Avenue, Livramento Market, among others. Within a 10-minute walk, guests can see the river Sado and the Serra da Arrábida, beautiful and unique landscapes of this city.

Located on the 2nd floor, the Figueirinha flat, which owes its name to the largest beach in the Serra da Arrábida, has two double bedrooms with dressing rooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The double beds can be converted into two single beds. This flat has capacity for 6 people. As there is no lift in the building, access to the flat is by stairs.

The flat has all the amenities including air conditioning, flat screen TV, hairdryer, magic wand, toiletries, bed linen, towels, among others.

Wi-fi is available free of charge. Baby bed also available on request.

Easy access to all public transport, such as buses and taxis, very close to the central bus station.

There's parking in the streets nearby and some car parks about 3 minutes away by car.

It's in the city centre that you'll find traditional commerce, with shops to suit all tastes. But the centre of Setúbal isn't just about commerce; there are cultural events on every corner.

Practically all the streets in the centre converge on Praça do Bocage, one of the main meeting points for Setubalenses and visitors to the city. Praça Bocage is home to several terraces dedicated to one of the greatest figures in Portuguese poetry. This square is also home to Setúbal Town Hall. The statue of the poet Bocage, with his eyes fixed on the sea, is the landmark of one of the city's busiest areas.

In the direction of the sea, guests will find the city's main avenue, dedicated to Luísa Todi, born in Setúbal and recognised as one of the greatest names in operatic singing. On this avenue, guests will find various restaurants, supermarkets, kiosks and terraces, as well as the famous Livramento Market, which is worth a special visit.

Outside the hustle and bustle of the city, the imposing Arrábida mountain rises, with its fabulous views, spectacular beaches and unique fauna and flora. Figueirinha, Galápos, Galapinhos, Portinho da Arrábida and Creiro are just some of the magnificent beaches where guests can enjoy sunbathing in clear blue waters.

The Convent of Jesus, built between 1490 and 1510, is one of the city's ex-libris and one of the most significant monuments of Portuguese architecture.
