The manicured garden is filled with olive trees and local plants, and is home to a private pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.5 m, open from April to October) with outdoor shower and sunbathing area. Large sea-view terraces invite you to dine al fresco or relax at sunset. One of the main terraces is furnished with a table and chairs and paved with Massa stone, while on the side of the house you will find a practical brick barbecue with sink.

The villa is divided into two floors connected by an internal staircase and has functional rooms, furnished in a simple style but with all the essential comforts. The large windows guarantee brightness and splendid views from every room.
