For shared use: natural state property 6 ha (fenced), terraced garden plants and flowers, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.).
Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
Bumpy motor access (1.9 km via unmade road).
Parking on the premises.
Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, railway station "Follonica" 8 km, ferry "Piombino" 36 km, sandy beach 5 km, lake Accesa 13 km.

Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Der Zufahrtsweg sollte ausgebessert werden (Schlaglöcher!). Kleine Wegweisung ab Hauptstrasse wäre noch sehr dienlich. Auch mit Navy Haus fast nicht gefunden. Bessere Wegbeschreibung (Plan) ab Follonica.

Alleinstehendes Ferienhaus mit 4 separaten Schlafzimmern, 4 Küchen, 4 Bädern, ideal für 8 Personen. ca. 5 km nach Follonica und 10km zum Strand. Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut ausgestattet.

Leider durch technische Probleme hatten wir kein warmes Wasser am 1. Tag. Anreise ist über unbefestigten Weg zum Haus.(Circa 3 Km)
