For shared use: natural state property 30 ha with trees, swimming pool (15 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 03.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue.
In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 60 m, grass beach "Lago di Bolsena" 350 m. Obligation to wear bathing caps.
The pool belongs to the estate Podere Sant' Antonio , 450 m away from the house.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jeden Tag an den eigenen Strand gegangen, auf der schönen Terrasse gesessen und auf die vielen Tierlaute gelauscht.

Wir können die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen da sie nicht dem entspricht wie sie im Angebot dargestellt wurde.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 1.OG die nur über eine eiserne schmale Außentreppe zu erreichen ist. Nichtgut für Kinder oder ältere Menschen.

Ocena średnia z uwagi na pewne niezgodności zastanego stanu z ofertą. Niezgodności w postaci: braku pralki, brak zmywarki, dużej odległości do basenu (ponad 400m), zaniedbanej plaży, konieczności odwożenia odpadów do pojemników odległych o 400 m., braku większej ilości miejsca na ubrania.
