For shared use: natural state property 10'000 m2 with meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 19.Sep.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue.
In the house: lounge with TV, WiFi, billiard table, table football, washing machine (for shared use). 1.5 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises.

Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, sauber und einigermaßen geräumig; wir fanden alles, was wir brauchten. Leuke vakantiewoning in zeer landelijke omgeving. Het huis is eenvoudig maar zeer compleet. In de regio is zeer veel te leven (Lago Bolsena en Orvieto liggen op ca. 15 km afstand) . Voor fietsers en wandelaars een prachtige locatie; wij hebben enorm genoten.
