The flat is on the first floor (there are about 10 steps to the front door) and from the balcony you look out into the attractive, Mediterranean-style gardens with large communal pool. The flat itself has a living-dining room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a lovely bright shower room. The beautiful terrace is ideal for a sunny breakfast. For the warm summer or for the cold winter you also have an air conditioner in the hall area which is strong enough to cool or warm the whole flat, plus there is also a radiator in the bedroom, but very important the FIREPLACE is only decorative, and not for use! There is a reserved, covered and shaded parking space for your car.

All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kilowatt hour.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same and the difference will be charged with 0,30 € / kW.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 15 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 5€ extra.
