The house can accommodate up to 12 people, and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets, private outdoor swimming pool, a large terrace, a spectacular hamman, and private cinema room.



The beautiful entrance of the house is decorated with hand painted tiles by the last artisans of Seville who still make this work of art. These handmade ceramics are repeated in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and exteriors.



In the entrance hall there is a beautiful trellis and the stone motif in the hallway, original from the year the house was founded in 1882. There is a reception room with a fireplace and a staircase with a custom tapestry from the famous "Real Fábrica de Tapices de El Escorial" factory in Madrid.



The kitchen has been designed by Clive Christian and is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, utensils, oven and microwave and dishwasher. With detailed hand painted tiles representing all seasons and all the senses.




On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with wooden plinth and bathroom.



The master bedroom is located on the first floor of the building, has a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living area, and has a total capacity to sleep 4 people comfortably.



The third bedroom, also located on the first floor, has two single beds joined together to form a double bed, plus a single bed, and an extra trundle bed, and therefore a total capacity to accommodate 4 people.



The fourth and last bedroom, also located on the first floor, has two single beds joined together to form a double bed, and can accommodate 2 people.



All the bedrooms on the first floor have their own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and underfloor heating.



The house boasts large entertainment and relaxation areas with several televisions, a large semi-basement with pool table, a private hammam with spa and sauna and a soundproof cinema.



The impressive interior courtyard is adorned with tiles made to replicate the railings of the Plaza de España in Seville. The spacious terrace offers several places to sit, dine and enjoy the sound of the fountain, which can also be used as a swimming pool.
