Der Service beim Empfang und bei der Abreise war top.
Die liebevolle Vorbereitung für unseren Hund war eine tolle Idee.
Wie beim Auschecken mitgeteilt, wäre es hilfreich, wenn man zum ersten Mal dorthin kommt, in den Fahrstühlen von der Tiefgarage die Appartements zu kennzeichnen. Auf den Etagen und am vorderen Eingang ist alles super. Nur unser eigenes Appartement war nicht als solches ausgeschildert....es gab die A...

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet rundherum eine sehr schöne Anlage wir hätten nur gerne in dem oberen Stockwerk gewohnt das Personal an der Rezeption gab leider keine Zustimmung obwohl Wohnungen
frei waren hatte deshalb vorher schon 2 mal angerufen und 2 e-mail geschickt aber soweit war alles okay

Die Unterkunft war super, leider hatten wir ein Apartment zur Landseite , das an der Straßenseite lag. Im Internet wurde es nicht erwähnt. Die Lärmbelästigung war hoch und wir hätten, wenn es uns bekannt gewesen wäre, nicht gebucht.
