This flat is situated in a privileged location, on the seafront, with spectacular views. It is only 200 metres from the historic part of the town of L'Escala.

Less than 1 minute away, just in front of the flat, there are two small, very quiet beaches. In addition, 3 minutes away you can enjoy the beaches of the town centre. And 750 metres away you will find the fantastic beaches of Empúries.

The street where the flat is located is only accessible to neighbours, and in front of the building there is a green area with a promenade that leads to the beaches of Empúries.

The flat is divided into four bedrooms, two of them with double bed, and two more with two single beds in each one. All the mattresses are new and very comfortable. It has two recently refurbished bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. And the living-dining room, which has unbeatable views, where you can relax listening to the waves of the sea.

The flat has air conditioning, heating, and a private parking space.

Attention: Cars type SUB 4x4 do not enter due to height.

In total can sleep 8 people, in 4 single beds, and 2 double beds.



Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. The place to pick up the keys: the agency. A deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (300€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, baby cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
