Luxury villa in L'Escala with incredible sea views, private pool and garden. This unique villa with the best finishes is located in Cala Montgó, a privileged enclave, located in the heart of the Costa Brava, surrounded by ancient cultures and landscapes of great beauty. The area offers a great opportunity to spend your holidays surrounded by nature and unforgettable views. The beach of Cala Montgó has fine sand and is very shallow, ideal for children! Hiking, cycling, water sports and fishing - the area has it all, you choose!

This villa is distributed in such a way that three of its four bedrooms as well as the living-dining room have panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Natural Park of Montgrí and the charming beach of Cala Montgó. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a guest toilet.

The house has three large terraces, a swimming pool that overflows into the deep blue sea and a garden large enough for children to play freely. In total the villa can sleep 8 people (3 double beds and 2 single beds).

Dogs are welcome and have a supplement of 10€/pet/night. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed.



Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. The place to pick up the keys: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (400€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, baby cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
