Villa Blanca is tastefully designed, modern, and spacious.
Outside the property, highlights include a private pool and a very large garden with a wide variety of outdoor furniture that will make your stay very comfortable, where children can play freely while you prepare the barbecue and enjoy meals with friends.
Inside the villa, you will also find free Wi-Fi, a TV with internet connectivity to keep up with all your favorite shows, air conditioning, and parking.
All this will allow you to spend your time comfortably with your family. This modern villa is located in a quiet area, just a 9-minute walk from Riells Beach.
This beach is of fine white sand with crystal-clear, shallow waters – a perfect spot for the whole family! The promenade along Riells Beach offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, entertainment venues for children, supermarkets, water activities, and more.
Also close to the villa, you can find the Montgrí Natural Park, which offers magnificent walks or bike rides through a pine forest. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with basic utensils) and large windows offering magnificent views of the pool and garden.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers.
In total, the house can accommodate 9 people. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €10 per pet per night.
A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed. Check-in: Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

A security deposit of €300 will be charged to your card upon arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee. Mandatory services: Tourist tax €1 per person per night (for guests over 16 years old).
Towels (€11.90 per booking, including one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation). Optional paid services: Pool towels, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 PM.

Jardin grande para jugar los niños, pisicina para relajarse antes de comer, ya sea dentro de la mesa enorme del comedor o si lo prefieres en la mesa de la terraza al lado de la piscina. La decoración es senzilla pero correcta y funcional.

La maison est baignée de lumière. Les espaces de type loft, la qualité des finitions, les équipements nombreux, le wifi en libre accés....la tranqulité, la bonne exposition, le jardin très agréable, les vélos à disposition,(petit entretien à prévoir sur deux d'entre eux, un abris destiné leur permettrait de moins subir les aléas du temps). Bravo pour cette belle maison et votre accueil!
