Vooral de ligging en het zwembad met de mooi onderhouden tuin zijn een plus.
Het gebouw is verouderd en als je luidruchtige buren treft heb je weinig rust.
Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist, bis auf ein paar fehlende Kleinigkeiten (keine Salatschüssel/ es fehlte im Spülbecken der Stopfen zum Spülen), sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage rund um den Pool gut gepflegt und sehr schön.
Es sind zur Zeit Renovierungen im Haus. Die Arbeiter haben gegen 9.00 Uhr angefangen. Dadurch war es manchmal sehr laut. Das hat uns nicht sehr gestört, da wir bei Freunden zu Besuch waren und uns nicht viel in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben. Ist aber ungemütlich, wenn man viel in der Wohnung ist.
