The cottage is located just outside Grisslehamn, in the northern archipelago of Stockholm. The house is beautifully situated on a hill. Here you can expect fish, swimming and a wonderful life in the archipelago. From Grisslehamn go excursion boats to the archipelago, as well as the Eckerölinjen to Åland. To the city of Stockholm it is 120 km, on the way you pass the summer resort Älmsta. Around Norrtälje there are several golf courses. Bio toilet (incineration).

Rymligt och bra planerat hus. Toppen med vedspis! Dubbelsängen är kortare än standard och det går ej att öppna fönstret (bara det smala vädringsfönstret) i det rummet pga rullgardinen sitter vägen. Helt igenväxt tomt. Murkna plankor i altan och trappa på baksidan.
