"Rustico Cavernoso", 4-room house 90 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the garden.
Kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Gas heating.
Terrace, patio, porch.
Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs.

Das Haus war so, wie man es erhofft hat.
Aber die freundliche und gastliche Aufnahme hat ein "sehr gut" verdient.
Wir waren 5 Personen mit 4 Motorrädern und Auto und Anhänger.
Alles hat gepasst.
Was immer wir auf dem Herzen hatten, wurde umgesetzt.
Ich würde immer wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, Garten und Pool liegen ruhig und idyllisch an einem Olivenhain. Der Pool ist sehr sauber mit Dusche. Alles wird von den Vermietern toll gepflegt.
Typisch für Toskana ist der nächste größere Supermarkt 20 min Autofahrt entfernt.
Volterra und San Gimignano sind mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Der Vermieter unterstützt auf italienisch für Tipps zum Essen und für Ausflüge.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par M. et son mari . La maison est très confortable, avec une belle piscine , au calme . Ce lieu permet de se reposer après avoir visiter les villages et villes typiques des environs. Nous avons apprécié aussi la supérette du village et le succulent restaurant « aux 3 arches » . Une maison que nous recommandons.
