Private: property 500 m2 with meadow. 9 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop 8.3 km, railway station "Costigliole di Saluzzo" 35 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. The final 500m of the access road are on a steep gravel path which is not suited for low-slung cars. Pool and facilities for shared use (for a fee) at the residence Torinetto in approx. 11 km.
