The house has a living area of approx. 55 sqm and offers space for 3 holiday guests. The property has a beautiful outdoor area with a furnished terrace, pool and sun loungers. There are three other separate holiday homes on the spacious finca.

The living and dining area is furnished with a cosy sofa bed as well as German TV and WiFi. You can enjoy a relaxed meal at the large dining table. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils for successful cooking evenings. A twin bedroom is available for sleeping. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer, and restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached within a few minutes by car. The nearest large supermarket is approx. 6 km away. There are also several shops and leisure facilities in Candelaria. The nearest beach is also located there.
