How about a boat or kayak trip to Botnen in the very centre of Fykesund? The village can only be reached by water! A day trip to Bergen or Voss is also a good tip.
Voss is the starting point for the famous Norway in a nutshell tour.
Other nice local attractions are the Steindalsfossen and the Hardanger Vehicle Museum.

Die Eigentümerin ist super nett und das Haus liegt schön weit oben, sodass man einen tollen Blick auf den Fyksesund hat. Auch den Hardangerfjord kann man toll sehen. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet aber es ist alles da was man braucht. Aktuell wird eine neue Auffahrt gebaut.

sehr freundliche Vermieterin,- schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen,- Parkplatz direkt am Haus erfordert fahrerisches Können, aber Alternativparkplätze in der Nähe,- Kinderzimmer bzw. zweites Schlafzimmer nur von außen erreichbar und nicht abschließbar, - direkte Umgebung des Hauses und Blick zum Fjord nicht mehr so idyllisch wie auf den Fotos (Baumaschinen und Schotter)

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Hütte und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse war grade erneuert worden und auch die Wohnzimmermöbel sind nicht mehr die selben, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.
