Sehr ruhige Lage. Möbel zum Teil neu. Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.
Zwei TV-Geräte vorhanden, wovon eines überhaupt nicht eingerichtet war (Schlafzimmer). Mit dem im Wohnzimmer war live Tv nicht möglich. Die Terrasse war sehr schnuddelig. Auch nach der durchgeführten Reinigung war der Strandkorb nicht besser. Das Grundstück an sich machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck...
