This holiday home is called the 'Petit Nice' because you will find peace, relaxation, nature and subtropical Mediterranean climate. There is a private garden and swimming pool for a refreshing swim. The home is ideal for families due to its unique location. Do you like walking? There are 2 nice walking paths in the center of the village. You can also discover the typical French restaurants; Auberge St Hubert is quite famous. There are many markets in the neighborhood worth exploring. There is a parking space for at least 3-cars. The air-conditioning in the bedroom will keep you cool throughout. There are 2 bicycles available, an (older) mountain bike and a folding bike. You can safely go by bike to the local bakery in the morning. There is a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Dispose of the waste in the large green waste container at the bottom of the road. For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 190,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.

Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke (zomer)vakantie is aanwezig bij dit vakantiehuis.
Het zwembad, barbecue, buitenmeubelen, keuken en woonkamer en slaapvertrekken waren erg goed.
Roquebrun heeft de nodige mooie plekken.
Erg vogelrijk en uitdagend voor wandelaars.

Onze tweede keer in dit huis. Gelegen in het mooie roquebrun. In de zomer is er altijd wat te doen. Je kan er geweldige natuur wandelingen maken of zoals ik prachtige mtb ritjes doen.

Great villa and facilities. Rocqebrun very friendly and good for everyday essentials including wine tasting.
