Spectacular flat in the centre of Guardamar, 5 minutes from the beach and in front of a pine tree park. With capacity for 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms, two living rooms and 105 m² equipped with all comforts (full kitchen, air conditioning, heating). Its excellent location allows access on foot to the seafront, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Ideal for families and friends, close to the 15 km fine sandy beach, it is perfect for enjoying the local gastronomy and a relaxed atmosphere. A place you will want to come back to.
