Welcome to Appartement Klaus in Neustift im Stubaital – your cozy accommodation in the Milders district.
Quietly located yet close to restaurants, shops, and the bus stop, you can enjoy relaxing holidays here in the Tyrolean mountains. In summer, our sun terrace and garden with pergola invite you to relax.
The idyllic Milderer Gesundheitssee (health lake) is just a few minutes' walk away, a special highlight for swimming and nature lovers. In winter, you can start directly from the house onto the groomed cross-country ski trail or the winter hiking path.
A ski lift is located right behind the house.
The Stubai Glacier, Austria's largest glacier ski area, as well as the Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen in Mieders, and Elferbahnen ski areas are easily and quickly accessible by bus. A ski room and boot dryer are available for your equipment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and your car can be safely parked in the garage.
As a special welcome, a small gift awaits you in each holiday apartment.
The hostess is also a nature and hiking guide and is happy to provide personal tips for unforgettable tours in the Stubaital. Our Apartments: Appartement Nina (20 m², 1–2 persons): Bright living-bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, TV/radio, and bathroom with shower and toilet. Appartement Christoph (40 m², 1–4 persons): Separate double room, living room with dining table, TV, and additional sleeping accommodation, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet. Appartement Serles (approx. 85 m², 1–5 persons): Newly renovated apartment with private garden access, a spacious double room, living room with two sofa beds and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a cozy dining area, and a balcony with a fantastic view of the Serles mountain. You can find our 360° images of the apartments via Google Maps. Experience relaxing holidays in every season – we look forward to welcoming you soon at Appartement Klaus in Milders / Neustift im Stubaital. Your Hofer Family Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Appartement Klaus. The local tax is charged to guests who complete their 16th year of age in the current calendar year. The local tax of €4.80 per person/night is to be paid directly to the host on site. Check-in is possible from 1:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the holiday apartment by 9:00 AM. Innsbruck - Schönberg - at the church in Neustift, drive towards the glacier for 3 km, turn right at Schaller and you will arrive directly in Milders.
After 500 m, we are the second house on the right side.

Kleines Studio mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr engagiert mit Tipps und Unterstützung für einen schönen Urlaub und jedes Problem wird sofort gelöst.
Perfekt wäre es, wenn die StubaiCard inklusive wäre, das ist aber kein wirkliches Problem, da diese beim Tourismusverband auch gekauft werden kann.
Gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr netter, engagierter Gastgeberin.
